TRAX PowerSports Rentals has been renting the industry’s latest powersport equipment for over 7 years, we rent brand new Can-Am side by sides, Yamaha dirt bikes, Ski-Doo snowmobiles, and Sea-Doo personal watercraft!

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone with previous experience with powersports and customer service management. We provide unlimited training and want a culture of constant improvement. This position requires an excellent ability to multi-task, be hardworking, and to be able to connect with our staff and customers. Basic computer skills are a must, our reservation software can be a bit of a learning curve. Team members and department managers report to the general manager; the general manager reports to the regional manager. If you want to come to work every day helping your team complete multiple tasks in a day and sharing your love of the great outdoors with our customers, this is the job for you. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage mechanical, sales and rental staff members. 

  • Manage day to day operations.

  • Inventory management.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and equipment maintenance.

  • Oversee new inventory assembly, registrations, and fleet organization.

  • Assist and manage equipment check ins and outs to customers.

  • Conflict resolution.

  • Enforce developed policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective operations of the property.

  • Scheduling all staff.

  • Hire, train and oversee staff.

  • Maintain a clean and organized location.

  • Manage machine sales inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attention to detail and organized.

  • Must be able to multitask.

  • Flexibility-be able to handle equipment issues one moment, and then handle an administrative issue the next.

  • Proficient in the powersport industry. 

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Self starter.

  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to keep a level head. 

  • Team mentality.

  • Previous management experience.

  • Previous mechanical experience preferred.
